Incandescents aim to ship orders on the next working day by recorded delivery, however, we are not responsible for delays due to postal issues.
Please note that some items may take up to 10 weeks to be made (eg wedding gowns). We will endevour to inform you of any delay at the time of ordering.
Incandescents do not refund on any of the items sold by means of the on line shop or in person. Where possible we may offer an exchange to the same or greater value of the original item/s.
We will not exchange on goods damaged by the client. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Incandescents will contact the client prior to dispatch of an order if it involves colour choice or size measurements, once these have been agreed a refund will not be given for incorrect sizes or colours.
